Dispatch SMS Terms
Stormgrade · Version 2026-10-10
Messages & Permission
Stormgrade dispatch messages support participating restoration companies with job alerts, claims, arrival and service-request updates. Messages must identify the sender and concern the subject the recipient agreed to receive. Message frequency varies with requests, dispatch activity and job status. Message and data rates may apply.
Each recipient must give the required permission at the number used. Registration and an owner adding a number do not obtain that person's consent. An owner must retain the recipient's written permission and reference it when adding a technician. Permission for dispatch messages does not authorize unrelated marketing. Notification calls require their own applicable permissions.
STOP & HELP
Reply STOP to the number that sent a message to unsubscribe from texts. Reply HELP for help or email info@stormgrade.org. Contact the restoration company directly to arrange another way to receive job updates or to change notification-call permissions. A request to resume texts does not create permission for a different subject.
Messaging registration, sender configuration and real delivery must be checked before live service. Phone-network availability can affect delivery. For danger to a person, call 911.
Privacy & Support
See the privacy notice for records, provider processing and requests about your information. Message permission must not be sold or used to enroll recipients in unrelated marketing. For a paper copy of these records or help with a permission request, email info@stormgrade.org.
